Limited Warranty Information

Octane Ridge warrants all products to the original purchaser for a period 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing and/or material defects under normal wear and tear ONLY. This is a limited warranty. Octane Ridge will, in its sole and exclusive discretion, either replace or repair products covered under this warranty. Octane Ridge will have no other obligation whatsoever with regard to the goods except as stated regarding manufacturing or material defects. The Warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and seller hereby expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall seller be responsible for incidental, consequential, punitive or liquidated damages.

To Make a Warranty Claim:

Call or email our returns department and obtain authorization and an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number before item is returned. An unauthorized return will be refused and returned to the customer.
A copy of receipt/invoice is required for proof of purchase warranty.
We may require photos of defects before authorization is given for return.
Write RMA number clearly on the outside of box.
Octane Ridge will contact you within 3 business days of receiving defected item.
Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to Octane Ridge and Octane Ridge will pay to ship replacement item back to customer.

Waiver and Release of Liability You agree to operate your side by side, UTV or any other off-road machine at your own risk, in accordance with any recommended safety guidelines, and only after proper instruction. Off-road activities, competitive or recreational, can be hazardous leading to injury, dismemberment, paralysis and death. The consumption of alcohol before and/or during use increases these risks to drivers, passengers, and third parties. Alcohol should not be consumed before or during use by any person, including passengers. Octane Ridge, LLC ("Octane Ridge") urges you and your passengers to wear protective gear, including but not limited to, a proper fitting helmet and appropriate riding gear at all times. Octane Ridge shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, property damages, and/or personal injury damages as permitted or limited by law. Octane Ridge's components/products are designed to fit or to be run with your vehicle stock components and could interfere with other aftermarket products and accessories. Octane Ridge reserves the right to alter materials, specifications, and any other modifications to components/products without incurring legal responsibility associated to similar products previously manufactured. Octane Ridge's components/products are intended for off-road applications ONLY and not intended for street use. Adding, modifying, improperly installing, misusing or fabricating any factory or aftermarket parts will void any warranty provided by Octane Ridge and is NOT recommended. Adding, modifying, and/or installing products sold by Octane Ridge to any other product purchased from other vendors or manufacturers may void any warranty provided by said vendor or manufacturer as it relates to their products. Any damage or problems with OEM housing, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers products due to the installation of aftermarket parts and accessories will not be covered by Octane Ridge. You agree by purchasing and installing Octane Ridge's products that should any of the following occur, Octane Ridge nor any related party affiliate shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct or indirect injuries, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of time, use, labor fees, freight charges, damage or loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser, which may arise and or result from sale, install or use of this part. The total liability of seller to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
